Flood Forecast Display Tool:

This new FFDT uses the National Weather Service forecast data in conjunction with existing Red River Basin Decision Information Network high-resolution digital elevation data from the Fargo-Moorhead area to display detailed maps of expected flood conditions. Forecast maps will display expected inundation areas, flood depth, and time to expected flood peak at a given location in Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding areas affected by Red River flooding.

Two-foot Contour Data Available

The International Water Institute now has a web map viewer up and running with the ability to view and print 2-foot contours where available. It is a work-in-progress but feel free to give it a try. Additional 2-foot contours will be available soon.
