One of the purposes of the RRBDIN is to support an informal communications
network so that individuals with common interests and concerns can share
information directly with each other. To that end we have assembled a
variety of communication tools to accommodate different types of
information and different personal styles.
These tools include a members Mailing List, an Address Book, a "live chat"
host, an interactive basin Activities Calendar, a Feedback form, and a
File Bank. To take full advantage of these tools,
