Using the File Bank

To Browse:  Select Browse from the options at the top of the screen. The resulting index may be sorted by clicking on the column heading.

To Search:  Enter the search term in the space provided at the bottom of the page. All fields of file summary information will be searched and matching results displayed as a browse screen.

To Download:  Click on the icon to the left of the entry on the browse screen to display the summary page. Check to see that the summary states that the file is available for download, then click on the file name to start the download.

To Upload:  Select Upload at left or from the options at the top of the Browse screen. An upload form will be displayed. For assistance with field entries, click on the question mark icon. Select the file to be uploaded from your local drive by using the Browse button near the bottom of the form. When fields are completed, click on Upload File button at the bottom of the form.

The upload will start although there is no file transfer indicator. Once the upload is completed successfully, a confirming message will be displayed.
