Project Review Team (PRT)

Purpose:   The purpose of the PRT is to have future users of the RRBDIN provide direction, input and feedback about the RRBDIN website.  The PRT will consist primarily of policy level decision  makers (e.g., City Managers, Watershed District Managers), or their staff and other general users including the public, who make water management decisions or use information on a frequent basis.  These team members will provide insight into developing a website they and their staff can use to assist them with making decisions and answering their questions.

Responsibility:   The responsibility of the review team is to provide input and feedback to the consultant on the RRBDIN project.  This will primarily occur through general discussion and the development of "Use Case Scenarios".  Use Case Scenarios are in essence, descriptions of real-world problems and issues that the website can help address.  They will take and active role in attending review team meetings.
